Strategic Workforce Planning at Danone

In order to anticipate the impact of factories entering the Industry 4.0 era, a major challenge specific to the industrial world, Danone has been deploying a Strategic Workforce Planning process for the past 2 years.

Results: more than 40 plants in Europe and around the world have been able to quantify and qualify their human challenges, while HR teams are now proficient in SWP issues.
