Adrien obtained an MSc in Global Management from NEOMA BS and specialized in Digital Disruption at Dublin City University. Before that, he worked for a startup in the coaching industry as Project Manager during which he became enthousiast for HR issues and solutions related to human. In particular, he led projects about recruiting and onboarding, as well as client’s attractivity and fidelity or even the traduction of the website. He joined Akoya in 2022 and has had the opportunity to implement Strategic Workforce Planning solutions within multinationals.

Alexandra graduated from Skema Business School with a specialisation in Human Resources. Following several experiences  during her studies, notably in the luxury and cosmetics sector at Estée Lauder, Cartier and then L’Oréal, she then integrated Siemens Group where she worked on recruitment and employer branding topics for three and a half years. During her work at Siemens, she developed an employer brand proposal specific to the group’s various activities (industry, infrastructure, transport, etc.) to promote the brand externally and support recruitment and D&I issues. Alexandra joined Akoya in 2022 as HR Business Partner to support and accompany the teams on various HR issues (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management…).

Alice graduated from ESSEC Business School, where she specialized in Strategic Business Analytics during her last year, after a first specializaiton in Business Management in Asia on the Singapore campus. She starts her career as a Project Manager at Agorize, a startup leader in Open Innovation Challenges, and then works at the Sustainability, Insights & Innovation department of Shiseido. She later joins Akoya as a Consultant, and works on various topics: Talent management, development, and HR processes redesign (as the Talent Review for instance), for both large companies and scale-ups.
