Your grandmother has told you many times: the best way to solve a problem is to talk about it! This is also what HBR tells us: hiding a problem can have devastating effects on organizations. Employees need to speak up and express their difficulties in order to better address them collectively. Total transparency requires courage, but above all a relaxed and serene atmosphere. It is therefore important for leaders to set an example and to do everything possible to make their employees speak out.
