Alexandra graduated from Skema Business School with a specialisation in Human Resources. Following several experiences during her studies, notably in the luxury and cosmetics sector at Estée Lauder, Cartier and then L’Oréal, she then integrated Siemens Group where she worked on recruitment and employer branding topics for three and a half years. During her work at Siemens, she developed an employer brand proposal specific to the group’s various activities (industry, infrastructure, transport, etc.) to promote the brand externally and support recruitment and D&I issues. Alexandra joined Akoya in 2022 as HR Business Partner to support and accompany the teams on various HR issues (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management…).
